Reviews Pile Up. You Know the Feeling.

😤

Negative reviews sit unanswered for days because opening App Store Connect is one more thing on the list.

🔄

You context-switch from coding to responding, lose 15 minutes, and end up writing the same reply you wrote last week.

🌍

International reviews in German, Japanese, Portuguese — you see them, you can't respond, you move on. That user never hears back.

Every unanswered review is a missed chance to keep a user.

How SupportClaw Fixes This

Three steps. No browser. No dashboard. Just Telegram.

1

Review Comes In

SupportClaw monitors your App Store and Google Play reviews around the clock. When a new one lands, it reads your SOUL.md — your app's known bugs, FAQ, and response rules — and drafts a reply.

2

AI Drafts Your Reply

Not a generic "sorry to hear that." The AI cites your known bugs, references your FAQ, and matches your tone. Crash complaint? It already knows the fix is in your next update.

3

You Tap Approve

Telegram notification with the review + draft + three buttons: Approve, Edit, or Ignore. Tap and it's posted. 30 seconds, done.

Isolated Instance

Your own server process. No shared database. No other customers touch your data.

Keys Stay Private

Your API keys live on encrypted storage. We don't train models on your reviews.

Start Without Keys

Get review alerts + AI drafts first. Add API credentials later when you're ready to auto-post.

Built for Indie Devs

Everything you need. Nothing you don't.

🧠

SOUL.md — Your App's Brain

Describe your app once: features, known bugs, FAQ, pricing, response tone. Every AI draft reads this. The difference between a generic reply and one that actually helps.

📋

Daily Digest

"Yesterday: 4 reviews, all handled. Go back to coding." Only bugs you when it needs you. On quiet days, you get peace of mind — not silence.

🍎

Apple App Store

Reads and responds via App Store Connect API. Or start in alerts-only mode — no API key needed.

🤖

Google Play

Full Google Play Developer API support. Auto-handles the 350-character reply limit so Google never rejects your response.

🌍

100+ Languages

Auto-detects review language. Drafts in the reviewer's language. Shows you an English translation. Edit in English, it translates back.

📧

Support Email (Optional)

Monitors your support inbox via IMAP. Same Approve/Edit/Ignore flow. Add it when you're ready.

Questions? Answered.

No. Start in alerts-only mode — get review notifications + AI drafts without sharing any API keys. When you're ready to post responses with one tap, add your App Store Connect key (.p8) or Google Play service account. We walk you through it — about 5 minutes per store.

Each customer gets their own isolated instance — separate credentials, data, and Telegram bot. No shared database. Your API keys aren't accessible to other customers. The bot talks to exactly four services: App Store, Google Play, Telegram, and the AI model. Nothing else. We don't train models on your reviews.

SOUL.md is a file that teaches the AI everything about your app: what it does, current version, known bugs, common questions, pricing, and your response style. The AI reads it before every draft. It's the difference between "Sorry, please reinstall" and "I've found that crash on iOS 19.3 — a fix is in v2.1.4 this week. Try force-quitting in the meantime."

No. Nothing is ever posted without you tapping Approve (or Edit then Approve). The AI drafts and waits. You're always in control.

Auto-detected. SupportClaw translates the review to English for you and drafts a response in the reviewer's language. You see both. If you Edit, you write in English and it translates back. 100+ languages.

Subscribe, fill out a short onboarding form (your app details + a description that becomes your SOUL.md), and we handle the rest. You'll get a Telegram bot link within 24 hours. First review alert arrives within 10 minutes of going live.

A web dashboard means another tab to remember. Telegram means a push notification on your phone — see the review, tap a button, done. No login, no context switch.

AppFollow: free tier caps at 20 replies/month, requires a web dashboard. AppReply: starts at $39/month. SupportClaw: $15/month, unlimited replies, lives in Telegram, drafts that know your app via SOUL.md, 100+ languages.

Why "Beta"?

  • 1. Personal onboarding — we set up your SOUL.md together so your drafts are actually good from day one
  • 2. Direct access to the founder — feedback goes straight to the person building it, not a support queue
  • 3. Shape the product — beta users get features prioritized based on their workflow

Your Data, Your Control

  • Store credentials are encrypted on isolated infrastructure
  • SupportClaw only posts replies you explicitly approve
  • No shared database between customers
  • We don't train models on your reviews

One Simple Plan

No tiers. No per-app charges. No hidden fees.

$15 /month

Less than the time you'd spend responding manually in a single week.

  • Unlimited App Store & Google Play responses
  • Unlimited apps — add as many as you want
  • 100+ languages auto-detected and translated
  • SOUL.md personality — drafts that know your app
  • Daily digest — "All handled. Go back to coding."
