Your dedicated SupportClaw instance runs on a private server and checks your app reviews every 10 minutes. When a new review comes in, it reads your app's personality file (known bugs, FAQ, your tone) and drafts a response. You get a Telegram message with the review + draft + three buttons: Approve, Edit, or Ignore. Tap Approve and it's posted to the store. The whole thing takes 30 seconds.
After subscribing, you'll fill out a short form with your app details, a 2-3 paragraph description of your app (known issues, common complaints, your response style), and optionally your App Store Connect or Google Play API credentials. We handle all the setup. You'll get a Telegram bot link within 24 hours, and your first review alert will arrive within 10 minutes of going live.
To post responses (tap Approve and it goes live): yes, you need an App Store Connect API key (.p8 file) and/or a Google Play service account. We'll walk you through generating these — it takes about 5 minutes per store.
